Using FileSnatch

Your responsibility: FileSnatch is a tool, like your browser's own Save button. You're responsible for what you download and how you use it. Only save files you own, have permission to save, or are allowed to keep by law, and follow the rules of the sites and chats you save from.
Not affiliated: FileSnatch isn't made by, endorsed by or connected to Telegram, WhatsApp, X, Instagram, TikTok or any other site or app it works with. Their names are used only to say what FileSnatch works with.
Fair use of the extension: Don't copy, resell or redistribute FileSnatch, get around its free limits or license checks, or use it to overload or attack any website.
Sites change: Websites and apps change how they work, and a site that works today may stop working tomorrow. We fix what we can, quickly, but we can't promise every site will always work.

Pro

What you get: One payment unlocks every Pro feature for life, including future updates, for as long as FileSnatch is available. There's no subscription and nothing renews.
Your license: Your license key is for you. It works in up to 3 Chrome profiles or computers at a time; deactivate one in the Pro card to move it to another. Please don't share or publish it. Keys that are shared or abused can be turned off.
Payment: Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Where sales tax or VAT applies, it's shown and added at checkout. Your license key appears straight after paying and is emailed to you, with your receipt.
Prices: Prices can change, for example when a launch offer ends. A change never affects what you've already bought.

Refunds

FileSnatch has a free version so you can try it on the sites you use before you buy. Because Pro is a digital product delivered at once, all Pro purchases are final and aren't refunded, except where the law requires it.

If something isn't working, write to support@filesnatch.com and we'll do our best to fix it.

No guarantees

FileSnatch is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage from using it, including lost files or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Pro. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be here with a new date. Changes never take away a Pro license you've already bought.
